Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and actually come when they say they will. I’m so happy to have found Steven for our appliance work. Our new home is all Bosch, and the previous authorized servicers I have called had poor follow-through (i.e. – they diagnosed the problem, then never came back…no call, no show, no repair). Steven responded quickly to my call for service, diagnosed the problem, ordered parts (control boards specific to my units), and returned for repair! He even kept me updated with phone calls regarding part order delays along the way. I will definitely be using Coast Appliance Repair when the need arises.

I am so glad I called this company to repair my washer. The technician showed up on time, he had the parts on his truck that was needed to repair my washer, and his charges were very reasonable! This company is very professional and knowledgeable!
